Working environments can often leave us feeling tired and tense at the end of a long day sat at an office desk. Many back problems are a common result of incorrect posture during long periods of sitting infront of a computer. Pilates is a great way to help you through your working day, by fitting in a short session during a lunch break or at the start or the end of the day.
If you have the facilities at work (e.g. a spare conference room) then the option to have a one to one session on your own or with a colleague, or a small group session with your office floor (max. 15 people) is a great chance to relieve those aches and pains and ease the stress of the day.
